Welcome to our Pilates & Barre Studio! We are excited to have you join our community. Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before participating in any classes or services offered by our studio:

1. Registration and Payment:

• All clients must register and create an account before attending any classes.

• Payment for classes must be made in advance either online or in-person at the studio.

• We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that plans can change and that sometimes a cancellation is unavoidable. To keep things fair for all members and instructors, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Clients must cancel their class reservation at least 24 hours in advance to keep your class credit or private session.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit or privates session being deducted from your account.

• No Refunds. Pass value can be applied as an account credit or transferred to another client.

3. Health and Safety:

• Clients must inform the studio of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations before participating in any classes.

• Clients are responsible for their own safety during classes and should follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.

• The studio reserves the right to deny entry to any client who is deemed unfit to participate in classes.

4. Studio Etiquette:

• Clients are expected to arrive on time for classes and respect the schedule set by the studio.

• Cell phones must be turned off or set to silent mode during classes.

• Clients are encouraged to respect the space and equipment provided by the studio.

5. Liability:

• Participation in classes is at the client's own risk. The studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during classes.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate in classes and should consult with a healthcare provider if necessary.

6. Privacy Policy:

• The studio collects personal information from clients for the purpose of registration and communication, such as marketing, newsletters (with opt-out), support, and announcements.

• Client information will be shared with the booking platform, payment processors, and email tools under strict confidentiality. 

• Payment information: Credit/debit card details, billing address (processed securely via third-party payment processors).
