Matwork

Classes on the mat and suitable for all levels. The beauty of Mat Pilates is that you control the intensity. . We use props and your own body weight to provide a great core workout. We recommend that you start with a mat class to help you to master the fundamentals of Pilates.

Reformer

A reformer class is conducted on a traditional piece of Pilates equipment which looks like a bed with springs, a sliding carriage, ropes and pulleys. The springs provide resistance to exercises in a laying, sitting or standing position.. This is a great full body workout, which still focuses on core strength with the addition of a more intense strength training. Just like a mat class you control the intensity by adjusting the spring loads or the instructor will provide options for different levels of intensity (when available).

Cardio-Tramp

Also known as Jumpboard, the difference is in the board. Instead of the traditional hard board the Cardio-Tramp is a trampoline. This versatile tool provides a soft landing surface with assisted rebound which allows for plyometric activity for extended periods of time, increasing workout potential for all exercisers – from post-rehab to elite athletes. These classes provide gentle cardiovascular conditioning. The trampoline is secured at the end of the reformer and you jump laying on your back, side, or kneeling. Really you are only limited by our imagination!

BARRE

These classes are multi-level classes, 50 minutes, non-stop. These classes will challenge your endurance and rev up your metabolism. Each class offers a different set list and choreography to provide your body the variety it craves to show great results. All of our Barre classes have been developed for all fitness levels, unless otherwise marked on our class schedule. We encourage you to listen to your body during class, take breaks as you need to and most of all, have fun. The results you see and feel will keep you coming back week after week.
