Exercise should be fun, something you look forward to in your day, not the thing you dread. Our goal for our clients is to ensure that you leave each class feeling stronger, happier, and more empowered to conquer your health and fitness goals.

@ The Barre – Pilates, Barre & Fitness Studio is a judgement free zone. A place where you can reach your fitness goals in a safe manner. We know there are several options in London, where you can get in a great workout. Where you workout and who you workout with is a very personal experience. We do our best to ensure you have a variety of classes to choose from.

This is a place where you can feel comfortable. A stress free zone. Many of our clients arrive with tense shoulders, stresses, and dealing with life challenges, @ The Barre is a place where you can forget about it all for an hour. We start each class by bringing your awareness to your body and through queueing, keep you present through out the class. Life is challenging, this is the one place where you will be challenged in a good way!

It can be intimidating trying out a new fitness facility. We have a few options to help introduce you to our studio. On Wednesday evenings our classes are all Basic Level classes. Ideal for beginners these classes will be slower paced and will stick to basic exercises. This does not necessarily mean easier. You will still get a great workout! We will focus heavily on form and the Basic Principles of Stott Pilates.

Another option for new clients is our JumpStart Program. These Private training sessions provide you with a tailor made experience. The sessions will move at your pace. You will be provided the tools and confidence to ensure you are successful in any class. The JumpStart Program can be completed on your own or with one or two friends. This program is for new clients only and must be completed in 4 weeks.
