Chantelle is the founder and owner of Prana Yoga & Wellness, a London-based social enterprise that aims to help create a corporate culture of employee well-being. She is also is a contributor for the meditation app, “Insight Timer”, where her guided meditation, “Relaxation for Busy People” is approaching 50,000 plays worldwide.
Chantelle began practicing classical hatha yoga in 2001 and over time, the simplicity and transformational power of the practice eventually drew her to pursue teacher certification under Shri Yogi Hari Sukhu, a long-time student of Swami Vishnu Devananda, the father of Sivananda hatha yoga. Chantelle has now been teaching classical hatha yoga since 2007 and continues to expand her knowledge; traveling to South India to learn from Swami Nitya Sadhana Kudir, another a long-time student of Swami Vishnu Devananda and also practicing with Dharma Mittra, Seane Corn and Jason Crandell, where she developed a love for vinyasa flow.
Chantelle’s approach to teaching yoga has stayed true to the simplicity of classical hatha yoga where less is more; all movement is centered around the breath and physical benefits are viewed as a positive side-effect to this mind-calming practice.

Ideal for beginner and experienced yogis, this non-heated traditional hatha yoga class will build on the same sequence each week providing you with a routine to practice on your own, as well as create the necessary space to experience a meditative state while in your poses to leave you feeling strong, recharged and calm.
